⭐11/13/2025 - 11/27/2025 ⭐ 4th Grade Newsletter What We're Learning: Math : TEKS 4.4F, 4.4H, 4.4E Students will represent quotients using visual models and equations (TEKS 4.4E) by dividing up to four-digit whole numbers by one-digit divisors through arrays, area models, and numerical expressions, supporting conceptual understanding of division as equal groups or partitioning. They will build procedural fluency and accuracy (TEKS 4.4F) by applying a variety of strategies and algorithms, including the standard algorithm, to divide larger numbers effectively. Throughout the unit, students will solve one- and two-step word problems involving division (TEKS 4.4H) with fluency and purpose, including interpreting remainders in context to make sense of real-world situations.
